Fans are expressing concern for American rapper Dave Blunts after a recent "heartbreaking" performance at a major concert in Chicago.

In footage that has garnered over 5.5 million views on X, Blunts – whose real name is Davion Blessing, 23 – is seen performing at the United Center on Saturday as part of a tribute concert for the late rapper Juice WRLD.

During the performance, Blunts is seated on a sofa on stage, connected to an oxygen tank, as he rapped and occasionally mimed along to a backing track. At one point, a backing dancer joined him on stage and sat on the edge of the sofa.
