Tickets for Glastonbury Festival 2025 sold out in under 40 minutes, according to organisers.
Thousands of festival-goers queued online from 09:00 GMT, and by 9:35 GMT, all tickets were gone.
The festival will take place from June 25 to 29, 2025, before taking a break in 2026 to allow the ground at Worthy Farm in Somerset to recover.
Tickets were priced at £373.50, including a £5 booking fee, marking an £18.50 increase from the 2024 event.
In a post on X, Glastonbury Festival announced: "Tickets for Glastonbury 2025 have now sold out.
"Thank you to everyone who secured a ticket, and sorry to those who missed out due to demand far exceeding supply this morning.
"A resale of any cancelled or returned tickets will take place in spring 2025."
An automatic queue system was introduced for the Glastonbury 2025 ticket sale, requiring fans to be online before the sale starts with a valid registration number.
Around 210,000 people attended the festival in June, with general tickets selling out in under an hour. Coldplay, Dua Lipa, and SZA performed on the Pyramid Stage, and Shania Twain took the Sunday Legends spot.
Registration for 2025 tickets closed at 17:00 on November 11, and fans can purchase up to six tickets per person. Tickets must be fully paid for by April 7, 2025, or they will be resold.
Organisers are encouraging environmentally-friendly travel options, with ticket and coach packages released earlier this week.
The lineup for Glastonbury 2025 has yet to be announced.
