Death Toll Reaches 85, Majority of Remaining Passengers Feared Dead.
The death toll from the plane crash at Muan International Airport in South Korea has climbed to 85, with most of the remaining passengers and crew presumed dead, according to the South Jeolla Fire Service.
Emergency responders reported that the deceased include 39 men and 46 women, as confirmed during an on-site media briefing.
The number of survivors remains at two, both crew members—a male and a female—according to the rescue team.
