When is the Celebration?

The 47th Annual Kennedy Center Honors will air on CBS on Sunday, December 22, at 8:30 p.m. ET / 8:00 p.m. PT.

Is it Streaming?
Yes, it will be available to stream. You can watch it live and on-demand on Paramount+ with SHOWTIME. Paramount+ Essential subscribers will also be able to stream the special the day after it airs. 

Who is Being Honored This Year?
The 47th Kennedy Center Honors will recognize five remarkable individuals and groups for lifetime artistic achievement:
Legendary director and filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola
Iconic American rock band The Grateful Dead (Mickey Hart, Billy Kreutzmann, Phil Lesh, Bobby Weir)
Renowned blues rock singer-songwriter and guitarist Bonnie Raitt
Acclaimed jazz trumpeter, pianist, and composer Arturo Sandoval
The Apollo, honored with Special Honors for its historic impact as an American institution.

Who’s Hosting the Show?
This year’s Kennedy Center Honors will be hosted by Queen Latifah, a previous honoree. This marks her debut as the host of the prestigious event.
