President-elect Trump declared on Tuesday night that he serious to name Linda McMahon, previous CEO of World Wrestling Amusement (WWE), to lead the Division of Education.

His declaration, which was posted on Truth Social, came hours after two sources told Fox News that McMahon was likely to be picked.

"It is my awesome honor to report that Linda McMahon, previous Chairman of the Little Commerce Organization, will be the Joined together States Secretary of Instruction," Trump's articulation read.

"As Secretary of Instruction, Linda will battle resolutely to extend ‘Choice’ to each State in America, and enable guardians to make the best Instruction choices for their families," the press discharge included. McMahon, who served as chairman of the Little Trade Organization in the to begin with Trump organization, is the spouse of Vince McMahon. The couple both co-founded WWE in 1980.
