Starbucks’ Holiday Menu Is Here — Featuring 6 Seasonal Drinks, New Cold Foams, and Festive Treats

The holidays wouldn’t be complete without a Cranberry Bliss Bar.

With a chill in the air and Mariah Carey on the radio, it’s that time when a little holiday cheer in our morning latte feels essential. While Dunkin' unveiled its festive offerings last week, Starbucks is set to launch its holiday menu nationwide on November 7, as announced in a press release shared with *Food & Wine*. The seasonal lineup includes five signature holiday coffees — including the ever-popular Peppermint Mocha — along with a new Refresher, a savory pastry, and three new sweet treats.

For over two decades, the Peppermint Mocha has been a Starbucks holiday staple, with its creamy blend of mocha and mint, topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls. This fan favorite is available hot, iced, or blended as a Frappuccino. Other returning seasonal drinks include the Caramel Brulée Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte, and Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai.

For those who prefer something other than coffee, Starbucks is debuting its first holiday Refresher, the Cran-Merry Orange Refresher. This fruity drink features flavors of cranberry, orange, and spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg, with real cranberries as a garnish. The Refresher can be customized with lemonade or coconut milk for a creamy holiday twist, reminiscent of the popular Pink Drink.

“These beverages were inspired by the idea of a festive punch, a complete sensory experience with appearance, aroma, and taste all coming together,” said Starbucks lead beverage developer Billy Altieri.

Alongside the holiday drinks, six seasonal cold foams will join the menu, including new Gingerbread and Salted Pecan flavors. Other options include Peppermint Chocolate, Sugar Cookie, Chestnut Praline, and Caramel Brulée cold foams. Starbucks recommends pairing the vanilla cold foam with the Cran-Merry Refresher for an extra layer of flavor.

In addition to drinks, Starbucks is rolling out a festive food lineup with classic and new items. Favorites like the Cranberry Bliss Bar and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish return, alongside new treats such as the Turkey Sage Danish, a savory pastry with turkey sausage and béchamel sauce. Other additions include the Dark Toffee Bundt, Penguin Cookie, and Snowman Cake Pop.

Starbucks is also making changes to its pricing, eliminating extra fees for non-dairy customizations. While there are no new espresso-based drinks this year, CEO Brian Niccol is reportedly streamlining the menu to focus on core offerings, potentially signaling a shift in Starbucks' strategy.

Prefer to enjoy Starbucks at home? Three limited-edition coffee blends — Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Holiday Blends — are now available on store shelves through the end of the year.
